House Clearances

We are sensitive in times of bereavement and will happily clear your entire property if required, some companies only want the items they can re sell. We don't buy or sell furniture, so please sell anything of value, we will then clear whatever you need gone, leaving you with a property ready for sale or rent.
You have a legal duty of care, to ensure your house is cleared by licensed waste carriers only. Anyone unlicenced, will not be able to dispose of legally, this makes you liable for prosecution and criminal conviction, and potential huge fines. Regardless of who you use, please always ensure they are Environment Agency Licenced.
